This code is working on Chrome and Firefox but its broken in IE

I did update the wordpress JQuery to latest version and now instead of getting error:

Just test with the code in ie, not see the issue.

Thats weird, im using IE 8.0.7600.16385 Spanish Windows 7 Ultimate
