Symplex Theme - Default Blog Post Image issue

    When using a "default blog post image", or when the standard Symplex "default" post image loads, only the first two post images on any blog page load properly. After these first two images, additional blog post images just show the "loading" spinning image, and the default featured image never loads.

    I have tested it in Chrome and Safari, and the problem is the same. Please let me know how to fix this problem!
