First off thank you for the theme, it is very comprehensive and have bought the license a few times for other sites.
I am trying to install WooCommerce for one of my client's sites but am having major error issues upon activation - see below. I am using the current WP 3.4 as well as your new update to the Striking theme. Can you please help me identify what issue is that could be causing these errors below? The only plug-in I am using right now is Platinum SEO and have tried to delete the WooCommerce plug-in and reinstall via the interface. This is very time sensative so any quick response is HUGELY appreciated thanks!

I just activated one of the default themes and then activated WooCommerce and it is still giving the errors above. Unless there is an easy fix with one or a few of the files how can I or should I back everything up in order to delete the theme and re-install it? Will I lose things or will it back everything up perfectly? I know there is the "Export Striking Options Data" and then the WP "export all content" ("This will contain all of your posts, pages, comments, custom fields, terms, navigation menus and custom posts.") but will it keep the media files and everything else associated with the current site?
Something is wrong because I activated WooCommerce on another site that uses the Striking temp and it works fine.
Please let me know, I need to get this cart up ASAP, thanks for your response.
I don't believe exporting your settings to the site you are having problems will resolve anything.
First, these errors do not appear to be Striking related, based on the error paths. The error you are experiencing is unfamiliar to us. If you want to resolve the matter quickly, your best bet is to set up a new subfolder in your host, with a fresh wp, striking and woocommerce install, and see if they still occur. This would only take you a few minutes to set up. If so, it may something related to your host, or to your permissions. In this case, you will need to consult either your host or woocommerce.
We do see on your current site that you are using a lot of custom js, all wufoo form related, plus you have several plugins running, and can only speculate that perhaps also maybe one of these might be impacting woocommerce read and write. BTW, platinum SEO is not wp 3.4 compatible to the best of my knowledge.
Anyways, the quick solution is to do a clean install in a subfolder, with only wp, striking and woocommerce, and see what happens.
Since you have not replied any further on the matter, although I see you have logged back in since your date of posting this question, this thread will be closed in the near future, unless you provide some additional feedback - which in fact would be appreciated as we like to keep up to date on woocommerce plugin matters whether striking related or not.
