Disable Feature Header But Still Display Page Title???
  • I have "disabled feature header" sitewide in the general settings.

When I do this, the Page/Post Title no longer displays.

I can insert an H1 tag in the body of each page/post, but this seems redundant.

Is it possible to disable the "feature header" and still display the page title?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi Mitch,

I can tell you that my featured header is turned off globally and i still see the title in my posts.

So it must be something else causing this.

Please try to create a new test post with the globally feat header turned off. Does it show the title in preview mode?

    get back to us.

  • Thanks (as always) Paul for the fast response.

Upon further review.... I found the solution for Posts, but will still look for the solution for PAGES.

For Posts... I had to disable Blog> Single Blog> "Show in Header Area". The page title now displays perfectly in post entries.

Page Title is still not displaying for pages.
  • Page titles never do when the featured header is turned off. The feature of auto titles only works on posts, portfolio items.

In a page you can insert your own titles embedded by h-tags.
