    I purchased the theme and have been diligently searching the internet for recommended WP-plugins. I am new to website design (really learning as I go). I don't want all the big bells and whistles, I just want my website optimized.

    Do you have a list of recommendations? Thanks!

    I would Use the yoast seo and the simple tags plugins.
