Error when Inserting Shortcode

    Hi there, just a quick question, dunno if this is something weird with Striking, with my browser, or something else. When inserting any shortcode into a page from the visual view, i get the error message

    Any thoughts?

    Hi could you please turn of all plugins and turn of combining js in the striking advanced section settings and try it again?

    Should I turn the plugins and js back on before I try it, to reset something, or should I try it with them off? Also, forgive the amateur question, but will deactivating the plugins cause them to lose their settings/data?

    Hi,

    I dont know normally not. But dont count on that. I dont know which plugins you are using and then again if i knew i did not build them so i would not give any garantee on that.

    If you did no customizing of striking you could also try to download striking again from themeforest and upload it over the current version. Maybe something went wrong on the previous update. It can also be wordpress it self.

    Any way before commencing make a total backup copy of the current situation first in you cpanel. And make sure the backup has succeeded.

    If striking was causing this problem we all had it. And since there are 11.000 users of the theme and only one reporting this problem it most likely one of the above.

    You do not need to turn on the js.

    I hope this clear things abit. Although i realise that it is a needle in a haystack.
