NextGen Gallery

    I've used NextGen Gallery on many other instances of wordpress websites, with many other themes - but am reaching a point of frustration with NextGen and Striking.

    I'm hoping someone has a solution to get NextGen to work properly, or an alternate solution.

    I need to be able to have several albums (e.g. 2011-2012, 2012-2013) and within each album, display several galleries (e.g. one gallery for each event).

    An example of another website where I have this implemented is: http://www.skateontario.org/photo-gallery/2011-2012-photo-gallery/

    However, when I try to do this with my new striking-themed website, the albums and galleries are being formatted incredibly strangely and are unusable. For example: http://scno.net/new/gallery/nggallery/2011-2012/sectionals-2012

    Ideas?

    this is the same nextgen album in striking.

    in order to see whats wrong i need access to your website.

    If you need any help on this can you grant me access to the admin part of your website?

    Just send me a private email with the login details to the admin.

    Click on my name and then on the left you can send me a private email.

    Please also include a link to this thread so i know what the personal mail is about.

    Thanks Paul - I will do that... once I can actually get into my admin. Went to bed last night... all was working.... wake up this morning, white screen of death. Argh. I've deleted cache and increased memory limits.. no dice. Will send you an email once I get it sorted. [Edit - other issues sorted. Note to self.. don't edit code at insanely late hours.]

    Any ideas on this? I've even tried it on a different host and I'm having the same issues there too: http://108.60.17.121/?page_id=112&album=1&gallery=1

    To the best of my knowledge, we have currently have full compatibility with Nextgen. But Paul is our nextgen person so I will let him work with you. You should send him your logins. He will want to confirm you have timthumb off, that you are updated properly, and your other plugins.

    Its a puzzle to me, since we have worked for having nextgen compatibility for a long time. We will get your matter resolved, I am certain. Something is interfering with the script, but it will be tracked down.

    i just worked on your page http://******/new/gallery/

    and it shows ok. with both of the shortcodes use seperately in one page. (not together).
