hello, looks at this link : http://www.finas-management.ch/wordpress/portfolio/immeuble-maison-nouvelle and goes in bottom of the page, there is a link text : "Lorem ipsum for heading three"
How I can remove or modify the text and the link ?

Hi,

In the striking portfolio settings or in the shortcode if used in the page.

It is the menu link to the previous portfolio item. You can turn them off.
