Kaptinlin Themes Support

I am not able to get the comments to show up at the bottom of any post?
I get an error stating that the browser sent a request that this server could not understand?
Should I just restart the blog section over by going back to the default settings.
I get this without any other plug in like Disqus being used.
I need an answer pretty quick as I am going live with this in a few days.
