I have seen a slider that is amazing that is part of another template. The trouble is there template doesnt have as good features as striking but the slider is amazing,

Is it possible to integrate another slider into the striking admin panel.

If it is possible can somebody please advice how to do it

That is a custom built slider by the the theme authors using a number of js elements. So it would not be possible to build it into any theme anywhere unless they license the code to a theme author.
