After my update my slider images were not working - Resolved
  • I followed the directions as per the message here - I updated and then went to advance / clear cache / save ...and still my front end image is not working... what should i do?

  • i resolved it by going to homepage turning it off, and then turning it back on
  • I just sent you a message.

This did not show up in any of our this time quite numerous test environments. If anyone else should read this and find this occurs, please contact me before you try ojasray's solution, so that we can go in and determine why this is occurring.

In excess of 35 diff test beds for this version release this behavior was not seen, so I am at a loss to explain why.

  • Are you online right now cause i am experiencing the same problem...
  • I have this problem as well. Tried clearing the cache and get this error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/zandica/public_html/wp-content/themes/striking/framework/admin/options/theme_advance.php on line 25

I don't know how to disable the homepage.
  • @ Sander

I am online. If you can go over to the error thread, and also message me. This thread is going to be deleted shortly.

  • Fixed thanks to help by Websys:

Problem was that I was using Striking-Child theme and this has to be updated to, if you disable the child theme, you'll see everything works, you can disable it, update child manually by downloading the latest release, and then reactivate.

Disabled child, saw it was working, and then updated it with FTP upload, vim'd the version number to 0.6.0, i activated striking without child to do the cache clearing, it cleared without issue, switched back to child and viola, thanks :)
