About the Author Box - Where do I populate this?

    Hi,

    I have the about the author box turned on and I can see it on my posts, but it is empty and I can't seem to find where I can populate this.

    Also, I now have people writing for my blog. What is the best way to give them access that they can add their articles in, put in title, description, keywords, etc...but can not publish it...basically I want to approve them and be the one to publish them and not give them access to make any changes in the blog.
