google analytics code doesn't worl

    Hi, I pasted the google analytics code in Symplex < Custom CodeI tried two positions Header and Footer but the page is not tracked by analytics.
    What should I do? Do it manually via ftp? How?

    Hi Ula,

    If you need any help on this can you grant me access to the admin part of your website?

    Just send me a private email with the login details to the admin.

    Click on my name and then on the left you can send me a private email.

    Please also include a link to this thread so i know what the personal mail is about.

    I just checked your website. It only works in the footer. Can you update the theme and check if it works in the header as well and get back to me.

    I did not update the theme for you since i do not know if you did custom coding to the sources files.

    Now google analytics only work in bottom, we will fixed it soon.

    If you are worry about the update file will replace the old changes. Before you update the theme, you can check the update info by the link beside 'Update ' button.

    The problem is that Ulaschmied does not know what you have changed in her portfolio php because you did this by logging in into here wordpress.

    So maybe you can help her out on this.

    Is it about the change of portfolio list style? I added them in 'Symplex->Custom'. So the update processing won't affect it.
