Headspace - correct text not displaying

HI wonder if anyone can help me with this one.
I have headspace 4 installed. For some reason, the text displayed on my page titles is not the same text as inputted in headspace. There's old words in there I used in earlier drafts and, always, the words Coast Copywriting at the end of every Title. My website is at Coast Copywriting
