Problem upgrading to Wordpress 3.3 - FIXED IN VER 5.1

Hello Kaptinlin
I keep getting this error when trying to upgrade to 3.3 with the lastest version of Striking:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Plugin_Upgrader in /home/mysitename/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 593
Are there any solutions?

I had the same problem. So I deactivated all my plugins, switched to Twenty Eleven wordpress theme and was able to update sucessfully.

Hi James,
In the suggestion from Gemini you are at risk losing the widget content and or your custom sidebars. I would not advise this.
