Nivo shortcode does not display navigation arrows as it does on the example page, only the small circles in the caption box appear.

Also, the image/caption box does not link to the appropriate page that is associated with each post in the slider, and there is not opacity option in the shortcode generator.

Striking: 3.0.5
Wordpress: 3.1.

The slideshow shortcode doesn't support link.
For opacity option, do you mean the opacity for caption?

Hi,

You can add controlNav="true" to NIVO slider shortcode to fix the issue.
