Missing Custom Page Template drop down in add page

    Went to add a custom page template and noticed the page template drop down was not showing. Checked the screen showing panel everything was checked. Noticed it was on both production and test sites both running different versions. Got rid of all plugins. No JavaScript errors. Anyone had this issue before

    I just installed a new striking theme on a clean site. It has to be some mod that i have done and the template drop down is available in the page attributes panel

    I fixed this. It I am not sure why. I basically changed the theme to The Twenty Ten theme and the template drop down was in the page attribute panel. Switched back to Striking and the template drop down reappeared in the page attribute panel. Added all the plugins and my custom function file with all my mods and it the template drop down list is still there. Does anyone have any ideas on what happen?

    I think it's caused by wordpress cache system?

    Anyway, you can simply fix this by switch the themes.
