I just ran the entire folder of images through smushit it and saw some great returns on file sizes for my site http://www.bootcamp4me.com.

Some files such as slider_control_overlap.png were decreased over 90% ...from 921 bytes to 93 bytes

The popular feature_t_shadow.png, footer_shadow.png and feature_b_shadow.png files were all decreased about 90%

Maybe you guys should start distributing Striking with the images already optimized for site speed for future downloads

To anyone wanting to optimize their images, download http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3OKMMBMT and extract the folder to your existing striking folder (folder structure is preserved).

Saves a most welcome 124KB. Anything is good ;)
